The Pickens office is staffed by three assistant district attorneys, an investigator, three legal assistants, and a victim advocate. The Pickens office prosecutes cases in superior, probate, juvenile, and magistrate courts. In 2010, the Pickens office received 765 new cases (an increase of 11% over 2009) and closed 839 cases. These numbers do not include probate, magistrate, and juvenile cases.
 
The Pickens office is located on the First Floor of the Pickens County Courthouse at 50 N. Main Street in Jasper.
