Gilmer County

The Gilmer office is staffed by three assistant district attorneys, two investigators, an office manager, two legal assistants, and a victim advocate. The Gilmer office prosecutes cases in superior, probate, and juvenile courts. In 2010, the Gilmer office received 600 new cases (a 15% increase over 2009) and closed 826 cases.  These numbers do not include probate and juvenile cases.


The Gilmer office is located on the First Floor of the Gilmer County Courthouse at 1 Broad Street in Ellijay.
