The Fannin office is staffed by two assistant district attorneys, an investigator, a circuit-wide sex crimes investigator, two legal assistants, and a victim advocate. The Fannin office prosecutes cases in superior, probate, and juvenile courts. In 2010, the Fannin office received 468 new cases and closed 684 cases. These numbers do not include probate and juvenile cases.


The office is located on the Second Floor of the Fannin County Courthouse at 400 W. Main Street in Blue Ridge.
